Fitness Training Center in West Jordan, Utah, is a longtime dream of IFBB Pro Fast Eddie Kaihe. Eddie’s vision for the ideal gym, has been an atmosphere of camaraderie, support, discretion and privacy. Four principles that you will find first moment you step through the doors of Fitness Training Center.

Eddie earned his IFBB Pro Card in the Masters over 45 Men’s Physique class at the 2019 NPC Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh. No easy task, considering Masters Nationals is by far the largest and most competitive Pro Qualifier in the US. Looking back on his months of prep for the show, Eddie created a list of the important necessities in preparing for such a prestigious competition. The four principles, camaraderie, support, discretion and privacy, made the list.

Taking from his experience, Eddie laid out what is now FTC. The environment is for the serious athlete, this is not your standard box gym. FTC is for those looking to take their training and their physiques to the next level.
